Straightforward RV Park
We offer RV travelers a safe, clean park with level gravel parking area that is easily accessible. All sites are pull through with full hookups and picnic tables.
Self-contained units only as there are no restroom facilities onsite.
Pets are welcome with some limitations.
Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

Arrival Time:
Guest has use of the reserved site from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. Mountain Time Zone. No limit to how late you can arrive as Park is set up for self registration.
Discuss with the Park if you have an arrival or departure time outside the stated times. There is a $10 fee for those arriving before 3 p.m. check-in time or checking out after 11 a.m. No arrivals prior to 1:30 p.m.
Monthly rate is available for limited sites. Power is not included.
Why pay for power used by other guests? Power usage is metered at the site. Guest will reimburse the Park for usage.
Call for current monthly rate. Know short term agreement will be entered into prior to occupying site.
No permanent residents.
Guests are greeted with round river rock in both the drive lane and parking pad for the site. No concerns about muddy sites.
Our trees have gained in size since their first summer in 2016 providing some shade without blocking satellite reception. All guests should park so that their RV is at least 5' away from the trees. No pruning or hanging items including decorations, bird feeders or fly traps.
All utility lines and connections are built to modern standards with capacity for growth as the industry evolves.
All electricity, water and sewer are provided by the City of Burlington and meet regulatory safety standards.
Guests that have household trash have access to Park dumpsters. If a guest has other items to discard, make prior arrangements with Park.
Locally owned park located in the east part of Burlington. The park is situated along Rose Ave./Highway 24 which allows easy access just 2½ blocks from Interstate 70 exit 438 and one block from US Highway 385 North.
The Park is away from the hustle and bustle of the congested commercial strip of truck stops, hotels and fast food restaurants found at Burlington's west exit.
